Other "anti-discrimination" laws are very mild and full of exceptions (clashing with "free speech" laws) that make them functionally meaningless.

BootyCrusher420 It is, and specifically defined as "not protected by freedom of speech". It is possible of course to get away with discrimination, but you have to be very careful with what you say or do as the brazilian anti-discrimination laws are actually pretty serious and unlike anywhere
