على أجهزة التبليغ الديني ورجال الدين والمتديّنين جميعهم، أن يعدّوا نشر الصلاة والالتزام بها واجبًا حتميًّا على عاتقهم، وأن يستفيدوا من الوسائل الحديثة ومن المشوقات من أجل تعليم الصلاة وترويجها وتبيين دقائقها الزاخرة بالمعاني، ثم بيان حاجة كل فرد مسلم إليها في دنياه وآخرته.

When prayer (salat) is performed with its proper etiquettes, such as humility and a feeling of devoting one’s heart to God, it calms a person’s heart, strengthens one’s resolve, deepens our faith, and revives hope.

A human being’s destiny, both in this world and the hereafter, is dependent on one having such a heart, such a resolve, such faith, and such hope.

This is why in the Quran and other religious texts, the recommendation to pray is emphasized more than other recommendations. And this is why the call to prayer (Adhan) tells us that prayer is superior to all other actions.

Organizations responsible for promoting religion & all believers must regard encouraging prayer to be their absolute duty & use new tools & incentives for teaching & promoting prayer, clearly explain its meaning, & highlight every Muslim’s worldly & spiritual need for prayer.
