Please read the findings of this RCT carefully. The complexity of MDT working to ensure good speech at 5y in these children is key. In particular note that while those whose palate was repaired at 6m had better speech at 5y, more of them required two surgeries to get them there.

Always interesting to read. Most overfeeding studies have shown the same thing.
