Speaking only as a former senior lecturer & a current member of UCU, Wendy Larner has behaved appallingly as VC of Cardiff University. She’s shown utter disregard for her staff & students. This isn’t leadership, it’s autocracy. I really hope that other VCs will learn from her mistakes.
