Excited to launch a new feature on our intranet this week, part of our work to build confidence in the content we provide our staff and volunteers. We've taken our time with this one - user trust is hard won and easily lost!

Overseeing the early stages of rollout this week has been fascinating. Our governance model enables better communication with teams and publishers so we can collect feedback quickly. Some great discussions and much enthusiasm!
