I generally love life, with all the waves of challenges it brings…but reading the news in the mornings is such a shock these days that I find myself avoiding it sometimes. This morning when I opened the first news app on my phone, it felt like I’m in a simulation.

Visited a little school in #Dhaka that is helping children out of school make their way back to learning. Gave them my phone to play around with and found this in my photo library after. 😆

It was heartbreaking to see the images coming out of #Bangladesh yesterday — not just because of the nature of the incident but also because of how irresponsible some of the reporting was, without any considerations of the potential impact of graphic images on victims or

There are no words anymore, for what is happening to children and families in Gaza. When we are at the end of our lives and look back to this day, we will all feel the collective weight of this failure of our shared humanity, or the lack of it.

Caught myself doing something new today: when breaking news hits that could impact children and families, I used to instinctively check Twitter first. Today I found myself jumping straight to Instagram Reels instead. What about you? What's your new first stop?

Today I’m upset because I realised that Adobe’s Acrobat still has a floppy disk sign for ‘saving files’ 😭 — it took me 5 whole minutes to figure that out.
