The male #LesserWhitethroat found by Phil J, Mike P, and Keith M yesterday, showed pretty well at #LabradorBay, Devon this morning. Quite vocal, mobile and elusive. A good bird in the far west of its range. Thanks for the heads up today Rob Murphy Steph Murphy.

A #Hummingbirdhawkmoth on one of our back garden's buddleias yesterday evening. We get them every year here in suburban Torquay, with this year's coming and going for the last three weeks or so.

I rarely leave South Devon these days, so despite seeing 35+ Red Kites 🥹 and a random Marsh Harrier, the star species of my short trip to the East of England was #CornBunting. Finding a group of 5 together in late July was special 👍. #BedsBirds #UKBirding

Some of the 97 #Kittiwakes sat on just the W side of the Lead Stone/Flat Rock early this morning at Devon's #HopesNose. An unusual sight there.
