Our 3rd graders participated in the Shine On conference organized by SUNY Plattsburgh this morning. They learned about light pollution & it’s effects on plants & animals, made posters to bring awareness of light pollution, & even got to sit in on a live Q & A with astronauts!

In addition to North Country students, third graders in Albany also tuned into the NASA downlink today. Shine On
