I earned a new title. I am now “Gogo”. That means “grandmother on the run”. My grandson, Miles Dane, was born on Presidents’ Day. I sang Happy Birthday to him! My ❤️is exploding. So grateful for this precious gift. Retirement July 1 just got a easier. So much to look forward to.

For my 55th birthday today I ran a half marathon in Colorado at the Continental Divide. A beautiful way to celebrate the double nickel. ♥️

Podium finish today at the Alabama Coastal Triathlon. He swims and bikes and I finish with the run. It was a good day for the Olympic Relay .Team Red, White & Blue Clint Ison Team Magic, Inc.
