These stylist are so fuckn UNPROFESSIONAL!!! How tf u text somebody 1 hr before their appointment asking if they can come at a later time? The client isn’t able to adjust to a new time & ur response is “deposits are non refundable”. Like I hate these new stylish so bad!!!!!

Deposits are ONLY non refundable when the client cancel or inconvenience not the other way around!!!

What pisses me off even more is it’s OK for the stylist to show up late or cancel but when the client show up late or cancel it’s a payment behind it.
