Same as the PM lawsuit, RJ Reynolds is going to the patent office to get $HCMC's e-cig patent thrown out, which has paused the lawsuit. Interesting that the motion to dismiss wasn't ruled on before RJR had to file with the patent office. Video soon. developer.uspto.gov/ptab-web/#/sea…
