Had a couple of weeks off to lead the team delivering BEST Fest. 2 days back on duty, an HMA course and then 10 days in Belgrade for the European Junior swimming championships, Team Managing for British Swimming (GB). So much crossover in terms of leadership & management!

Peer Audit at Church Stretton immediately following a 35 mile blue light run to an RTC in Montgomery. Real teamwork and enthusiasm demonstrated by the on-call crew, and a great cuppa too. 89 mile circuit between the office and home!
