🔥 ROY GRIAK RUNNER-UP!🥈 We matched our best finish in program history at The Griak! Second by just 10 points to Dowling Catholic, the boys beat BOTH 2023 Heartland NXN Qualifiers — Stevens Point (16th at NXN) & Wayzata (18th at NXN) 💪

Our Girls team improved upon their 2023 placement at The Griak, finishing 23rd! Two notable performances ⬇️ 🔹Sophomore Emmeline Murray was our #1 runner & finished 63rd, which was 146 spots better than last year 💪 🔹Freshman Brielle Jenkins was 103rd in her first Griak race!

Brookings Meet ⬇️ 🔹Alex Twa paced the boys team, finishing 14th! Adam Robles, Will Zell, and Victor Nosal had PRs. 🔹Courtney Ulrich was our top girl in 11th place! Logan Grace Sanborn ran a PR. Even without our top 16 JV runners, these boys finished 5th out of 10 teams! 👏

🛶 GRAND FORKS BORDER BATTLE 🛶 The PATS won 2️⃣ // 4️⃣ races and brought home a couple of awesome paddle trophies! 🔸Highlight of the day was watching the Varsity boys win an epic duel with Bismarck 👀 Final score: 39-43 (we had 5 in the top 15) 🔥 GF XC Border Battle was so fun!

Sioux Falls XC - 21st in the Nation 👏 We are so proud of these boys for their amazing accomplishments in 2024. Our season ended in an epic mud-fest. There were falls and a lower finish than we were hoping for, but we are grateful to have raced among the best in the USA @ NXN!

Greeno Elite Running Camp ☑️ Saturday’s Long Run ⬇️ 🔹13 boys 🏃‍♂️ 16 miles 🔹9 girls 🏃‍♀️ 13-15 miles 🔸Lots of hills at 6,000 ft ⛰️ We talked about sleep, mobility/posture, leadership, and team goals for the XC season. It was a fantastic weekend!
