A lot happened yesterday that makes me think I might not come back to XIV after surgery except to raid in 7.4. The PVP dream might be just a dream. I’m so stressed out about stuff that doesn’t matter. I’m too old for this.

In all honesty I think the reason I’ve been able to deal with the pain for so long has been because I’ve been a stoner. I stopped using vapes as soon as surgery was scheduled but was using edibles. Been going mostly raw the last few days and I HURT.

GW2 is such a breath of fresh air for me right now

So I had my final pre-op appointment today, and the estimate given to me was $0 for the procedure despite showing that I still had $1000 to go to reach max out of pocket. Not sure how that happened, holding my breath that maybe it was a mistake, but maybe something wholesome.

One week. At the moment, surgery is scheduled for early afternoon but that is subject to change. I’m mostly ok mentally but every once in a while I’m struck by intense fear that resolves pretty quickly. Just so ready to hopefully feel better.

Hitting positionals in Lost Art feels so stressful because of collision, trying to imagine what XIV positionals would be like if you couldn’t just stand in the boss and move freely on the flank line

I don't want people to attribute malice to the things I do or don't do because of anxiety, and I don't want to do that to others, that has been my takeaway from this week.
