Today we celebrate JUNETEENTH. Today, 155 years ago Enslaved African Americans in Texas were notified 2 years after the Emancipationof Proclamation was signed that they were free. From day forward, June 19 became a symbolic date representing African American Freedom

Today, we commemorate #Juneteenth which signaled the end of slavery in the United States.
