Was an amazing Personalised Care Holistic GP pop up clinic yesterday at the Wilds in the Riverside with partners Barking and Dagenham Council Thames Life Barking & Dagenham MPS North East London NHS Foundation Trust (NELFT) Barking Riverside London, Aurora Medcare and community groups/ charities - we saw around 150 residents London Social Prescribing 🧡
