Sorry i have been AWOL but in the last six weeks I learned: the reason I've been good for 20 years at working with folks who have autism is I'm autistic. I've been manic for the last 6 months which means the first 550 miles walked was all while manic.

The night I realized I was manic when my b rain and voice went 200 mph was scary AF That night my phone died and with it my connection to all social media as well as email So it's been a time of figuring out my life under new prisms

I'm back. How is everyone? Here is part of my rubber ducky collection. Long story but suffice to say I don't find them fowl. The beads are from a new Orleans rubber duck. Others include a devil duck and a book reading duck.
