Edinburgh Short Story Awards 2023 Third Prize WINNER 🏆 Patrick McLoughlin, ‘The Clear Out’ ‘A woman farmer regrets the changes to come as her land is sold for redevelopment. This was rich in descriptive language, a deeply moving examination of a life. ’ Ian Rankin.
