You may have seen us out this summer doing some Aquatic Invasive Species monitoring. We have our samplers out looking for Zebra Mussels, and we are also sampling for the larval stages called veligers. We take samples with a special net and then send them off to be tested for DNA.

Thanks to MJ River Watersheds and all who came out to our Invasive Weed ID Walk along the SC Creek. We had a great day!
