we need you to write abt this, to help raise voice and to help our next gen live/study/work w dignity. our students are not asking for 5-star treatment but basic clean facilities to live/work, nutritious food to eat & clean drinking water. these're basic human rights, not luxury.

non-timely disbursal of stu fellowship adds to this misery. funding agencies don't release money (research grants/student fellowships) in time, ask for the same paperwork multiple times & mire the grantees w admin/financial jargons etc. time to facilitate "ease of doing science".

India has excellent #research grant management models like DBT/WT India Alliance that have proven effective and should serve as the foundation for reimagining #grantsmanagement as we prepare to launch #ANRF. Need to prioritise efficiency, transparency & empathy as guiding principles
