The thing to remember about early years is that it's not compulsory and the children have the absolute right to #play and be happy. It's not some government scheme for making them exactly what you want them to be. #EYFS #PVI

Nick Gibb In some parts of the UK, this level of C&L will be the norm for some children, supported by the home environment. MANY children now enter early years, lacking such support. Children's Centres helped children to develop. It is a shame that so many were closed.
