The #SalemVA School Board held its reorganizational meeting tonight at the Central Office. Andy Raines was named the chairman of the board by his colleages. Teresa Sizemore was voted the board's vice-chair for the second straight time. Both votes were unanimous. #SampleSalem

Salem junior Drew Perez was honored by the #SalemVA School Board tonight after he completed a perfect tennis season winning the Class 4 boys singles state title. He did not lose any singles matches all year, and he did not lose a single set in the postseason. Salem High School
