It's time Air India cleaned it's act. A frequent flyer to FRA, I’ve watched standards hit new lows in last 3 years Uncomfortable seats, unsanitary toilets, unpalatable food, unresponsive staff were negotiable But experiencing a 'chalta hain' attitude towards safety is not!
