Tomorrow’s game has been called off with the sad news that Hardy Fc have been forced to fold from the league. We wish all Hardy, Pauls Athletic FC and Feathers Fc players, staff and supporters the very best but this is happening to far too many clubs in the ISFL

The boys sealed our place in the final of the Suffolk Sunday Shield with two goals from Max Willett and some key saves from MOTM Karl Pearce late in the game as Moreton Hall chased a late equaliser. Leiston Orient FC await in the final on 1st May! #UppaLax
It took a mammoth team performance but the boys dug deep to clinch a place in the Peter Cocker Senior Cup final. Great finishes from MOTM sam and Tom Mower and another top performance in goal from Karl Pearce set up a tie with Borussia Martlesham in three weeks time #UppaLax
This Sunday is the first of our two cup finals as we face Borussia Martlesham in the Peter Cocker Senior Cup at Whitton Sports Centre. We will have to be at our best to win what will be a tough game against higher opposition but we’re looking forward to the challenge #UppaLax
