Darlington won 1-0 at Grimsby Town 20 years ago today with Jason St Juste scoring. Samuel Russell saved a twice-taken penalty taken by Martin Gritton. David Hodgson said afterwards: "We were very, very lucky because Grimsby deserved something and if I were them I'd be devastated."
