Love how one of the aircrew from my flight from Riga to Stansted today with Ryanair who thought it was appropriate to say the destination was Marrakech and if that's not our destination we need to make the crew aware... to then laugh at everyone for obviously being confused.

Then London Stansted Airport break my wife's suitcase, followed by seemingly untrained staff being left to deal with the complaint when they don't know how to fill out simple damage reports... can't say this was the best experience, first Stansted experience in 10+ years went down a treat

Customer service is awful from Ryanair ... my wife's suitcase was broken rendering it unusable for future travels while in the hands of Ryanair and London Stansted Airport ... and they're seemingly trying to get out of taking any responsibility. Ryanair Press Team you guys should be ashamed!

Who keeps receipts for a suitcase purchased several years back Ryanair ???? My wife's case was in near mint condition, has been exceptionally well looked after...yet a few hours in your hands rendered it broken. Real let down from an airline claiming to be Europe's favourite.
