After inboxing americanair they do not guarantee that your luggage tag will stay with your luggage. In other words, pay $30 and hope they don’t lose your luggage.

4 years with Verizon and 3 apartment moves later, I'm still battling for basic phone service. Refused the $160 technician fee, only to be pushed into a $150 network extender, and now another $160 installation. Paying to fix their lousy service? #frustrated

Sitting in my apartment missing phone call after phone call because a technician can’t come til May 13, but I bet my bill will be collected on or they will cut me off and charge a late fee. Gotta love Verizon
