Leg day. Glutes in particular 🍑 Exercises above in order. 1) Jefferson squats. 2) Cable hip-thrusts. 3) Leg press. Went for volume over weight today. 4-5 sets per exercise, anywhere from 12, 15, even 20+ reps. Focus and form. My joints just weren't feeling it this session.

Back and biceps, this time at a different gym. We normally DON'T do back and bis together, even tho that's the popular thing to do. But, with how everything worked out and our injuries, we had to. Preferably, we'll work back on its own, or we'll add tris as opposed to the bis 💪🏽

One of the best, and heaviest leg workouts in a long time. No knee pain, no hip pain, or back; just a incredible urge to lift heavy. This leg press was a pyramid up, starting at just 1 plate, adding another plate with each set, then reverse pyramid back down. #fitover40 #work

Getting some back and arm work done. What I can at least. My left rotator is torn, as is my meniscus on my left knee. I’m very limited on what I can do. Martial arts is out of the question. Weightlifting, very selective on what I can do. The one thing I’m NOT doing is quitting!
