PARK IS OPEN - PARTIAL ROAD CLOSURES OUTSIDE OF THE PARK Be aware that some GPS directions may be incorrect for accessing the park. Please use N. Rampart Range Rd. to reach the park. Getting directions to West Metro Fire Station 15 may be more accurate in finding our entrance.

ICY AND MUDDY TRAILS ALERT Even with the sunny weather, trails in the park are still extremely muddy and icy throughout. Please be prepared for the conditions so that you can stay on trail and not harm the landscape by widening trails or creating new ones.

TRAIL UPDATE South Rim and Willow Creek Trails are back open, however please use caution as conditions are still very icy and muddy. Rangers recommend bringing traction devices or spikes on South Rim Trail as the west side of the trail is very slippery ice.

ATTENTION: ICY TRAILS All trails in the park are extremely icy and traction devices like micro spikes may be necessary, even for the easier trails. This will be the conditions throughout the weekend. Please do not go off the path, stay on the trail.

SNOW REMOVAL OPERATIONS UNDERWAY Park staff is working hard to clear the parking lots and roads for visitors. The park received over 11 inches of snow, so we are hoping to have limited parking in the Upper Parking Lot available by noon. We appreciate your patience!

Stargazing Night this Saturday!! ✨🌙10PM-MIDNIGHT Come out to our special Stargazing Night to get the rare chance of seeing the stars in the park! Gates open at 10PM for stargazers. All visitors must be out of the park at regular hours at 9PM. No registration required.
