So…20 years ago today I graduated from high school. And today I went to PT for my knee. Life comes at ya fast! 😆

Ah, yes…it’s that time of year when people post comparison pics of their kids on the first and last days of school - and like 80% of the time I think the kid looks older on the first day of school…

This general concept was my mantra when I was at the beach last week. I couldn’t do many of my normal activities (stupid knee 🙄), so I had to choose to find joy in what I could do and be grateful for that.

I think one of the highlights of my day was witnessing a co-worker loudly exclaim, “I want to be cremated and put in a garden to grow a tree out of my head!” while the company president walked by.

Oh…OK. Thanks for letting me know it’s not supposed to storm on Wednesday…
