You lose water when you’re sleeping so it’s crucial to hydrate first thing in the a.m. before coffee or tea. Your daily hydration goals is to drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces or 1 liter per 30 kilos of body weight. Make sure 25% of that is consumed first thing in a.m. TPI
