Autumn is the perfect time to cozy up in bed with a good book. What do you like to read? 😊

My favourite thing is when all of the students are quiet in the classroom while you’re reading to the class. You know they’re intrigued and fascinated by the book; as am I! being a teacher is truly an amazing job. 📚

In Literature Club we’re working on a price of writing which I am really engaging with! What do you like to write about? ✍️

What is everyone doing this weekend? I’m going to see fireworks with my fiancé, getting some time away from the kids as they don’t like loudness. They will spend the night at their grandparents while we have some fun! 🎆🎇☺️

Beautiful fireworks last night! Stayed up till midnight watching them. It was very romantic. ☺️

End of the weekend, back to school… Can’t wait to see my year 5’s faces on a Monday morning! I always try my best to cheer them up because the start of the week is tough on everyone.⚡️

Back in work today after a bout of horrendous flu. I’m super proud with the Roman art project they have been working on over the last two weeks. We finished the unit with some charcoal and chalk work and I am super proud of all of them. #Year4

1 Week to go until the end of term! It’s really beginning to feel like Christmas. Looking forward to the new year too! Lots of things going on - daughters’ birthdays, our wedding and parents anniversary! ☺️👰‍♀️

Had some wonderful late Christmas Cards from some students - Feliz Navidaddy everyone! 🤣🤣 One student even took the time to get signatures from friends and teachers. Obviously i have covered up most names for privacy reasons! 🙂
