We have a special charity rowing team event coming up on SATURDAY 7 APRIL, following the Roark Gyms Rowing Seminar. Save the date and start getting your TEAMS OF 4 together - This one is for mixed teams, 2 x men and 2 x women, and each person will need to donate R50.

There is nothing like a long weekend of indulging to make a person feel like they need to get their sh!t together so we’re opening our gyms this week to friends. Bring A Friend week kicks off on Tuesday. DM us if you have any questions.
