Idk who needs this but I’ve seen a few startups fail because of founder burn out. I haven’t seen any startups fail because a founder took a couple days off.

I notice so many people in creative with un/diagnosed mental health issues who are visibly struggling. All great people coming up with some wild projects/innovative work + products. This ticking time bomb needs to be addressed, debated & then help given. #WorldMentalHealthDay

Print is dead. The high street is on its knees. No one leaves the house any more. We all hate each other. Or maybe as a small counter narrative - shop is blue, shop is open, shop is here for everyone.

Highly Recommend #Union with David Olusoga on the iPlayer. Ep.3 was v. interesting given today’s political climate. How we treated/rewarded the people who served the country is still a disgrace. Perhaps an actual memorial for the soldier David Ewart? bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episod…

Eugène Atget, documentarian of 'old' Paris, began photographing the city in 1898 with a large format view camera. Notable for their sense of space and light, Atget's photography recorded areas of Paris that were soon to be razed before undergoing massive modernization projects.

What a day to be alive! Just published my first Substack, so if you need something to read on this snowy day, click the link below. It's about a heroic failure of mine. So you sadists will enjoy it. open.substack.com/pub/richfoto/p…

Just tuned into this great convo with Jim Mortram of the Small Town Inertia project on the A Photographic Life podcast. Plenty of references to his daily life up in Norfolk, McCullin, W. Eugene Smith & Giles Duly. Worth 60 mins of your time... 📸 buff.ly/bVL9hH7
