The recommendation to lower the farm labor overtime threshold was gravely misguided. It ignored vitally important input from farmers and will hurt NY’s family farms. I’m honored to join Chris Jacobs & Rep. Elise Stefanik to introduce legislation blocking this change from taking effect.
