This is no words to describe how bad an embarrassing it is to be making these kind of mistakes at the highest level of football. It's clear they could of intervened before it was too late but also how does Darren England not know what the on field decision was? This is

Darren England should've tried everything in his power to rectify his mistake... Instead he brushed it off with no intent to even change what had transpired. At least try, if you're then told you can't do it by the on field referee and fourth official at least you made effort.
