Very sad to hear the news of Willie Stevenson’s passing. I loved his precise passing style. Also, who could forget his penalty at Villa Park in ‘65 set us up for Wembley & the Holy Grail. A lovely man, I’ve chatted with him a few times at functions over the years. RIP Willie #LFC

One of the most incredible weekends of my life! ❤️⚽️ We traveled all the way from Central America to Liverpool to be here to celebrate the Premier League champions. It was worth all the jet lag, the lack of sleep, and the money spent. 😂 #LFC #YNWA #LiverpoolFC

Emlyn Hughes "CRAZY HORSE". One of the Greatest players to ever wear the shirt. And the only Englishman to lift the European Cup twice for his team. #LFC #YNWA #Liverpool ❤️

133 years today (3rd June 1892) since the birth of #LFC This is the first official photo, taken at the rear of the Sandon Pub. The blue & white shirts are the same ones Everton wore the previous season. Our founder, John Houlding wouldn’t let #EFC them take them to Goodison!

Despite only playing 67 times for Liverpool in all competitions, Caoimhín Kelleher has won more penalty shootouts (4) and saved more penalties in shootouts (6) than any other goalkeeper in #LFC's entire history. Farewell Kweev!

HUNT. GOAL!!!! May 1965. Liverpool 3 Inter 1. Sir Roger Hunt scores in the European cup semi-final 1st leg. Older Reds will know that we were fiddled out of it in the second-leg by a bent ref otherwise we'd have lifted the European Cup in 1965. #LFC #YNWA #LiverpoolFC #milanitaly

Slightly forgotten goalscoring hero: Sam Raybould scored 130 goals for Liverpool FC in only 7 years (1900-1907) and won the First Division twice with the Reds. A #LFC legend from the club's early days. Sam was born 150 years ago today (11 June 1875) in Staveley, Chesterfield.
