Can Nigeria build a resilient R&D ecosystem and become a leader in African innovation? This is the challenge Research, Development, and Innovation Coordination must surmount. In my keynote speech at the RDI Coordination summit today, I echoed our vision for Nigeria:

Which is 'to become a hub for African innovation, contributing to the global knowledge economy'. This can be achieved by implementing a three-pronged approach: 1. Strengthening Institutional Frameworks, 2. Fostering Public-Private Partnerships, 3. Investing in Human Capital.
