Yesterday, our school community came together to celebrate Mass in recognition of our new status as a member of the St Teresa of Calcutta Catholic Academy Trust. Thank you to Fr Michael, our GIFT chaplains, Mrs Battaglia, Mr Havercroft, and the school choir for all their efforts.

It was great to have Sr Linda in school today to talk to our year 8 pupils about Confirmation sessions. If you are in year 8 and are a baptised Catholic, who wants to take part in confirmation sessions please see Mrs Battaglia for details.

Each year group took part in our Advent liturgy, where we blessed and lit the first candle on our Advent wreath. The GIFT team led us and did a fantastic job!

Today our Year 7, 8 and 9 students enjoyed a rewards trip to @Middleton_Arena where they watched the Jack and the Beanstalk pantomime. What an amazing show. Well done to all the cast for putting on a fantastic performance. The students really enjoyed it! #BeTheBestThatWeCanBe
