While LLP has new late fees structure, then why companies don't have? Rs. 100/per day late fees for Annual filing is very harsh, & that too without any upper limit. GST late fees had been reformed, why can't MCA late fees? Atleast, bring amnesty scheme then. Ministry of Corporate Affairs
