Last but not least, we have Darren who went out of his way last month to assist fleet and his Supervisor with the recovery of a vehicle. None of this is his scope of work, but he really went above and beyond to help the company and we would like to recognise this! Thanks, Darren!

Matthew has been working as an Engineer for QubeGB for a year and a half in the Glasgow area. His favourite part of the job is being able to resolve an issue which has affected the customer for a prolonged period of time and see them smile when it’s fixed.

Natalie started out as an Agent in October of 2018 and has since worked her way up to Supervisor. She enjoys working with her team and being able to communicate with many different people on a day-to-day basis. She loves that every day is different and poses different challenges.

Mohammed has been with QubeGB since 2012. He started as Warehouse Operative, became an Engineer in 2013 and was recently promoted to Coach in the West Midlands area. He enjoys many aspects of his role, including meeting customers and how every day is different.

Curwin has been part of the QubeGB family for ten years! Curwin’s favourite part of the job is meeting different people and seeing smiling faces from customers once he solves their broadband issues. When Curwin is not working, he loves spending time with his grandchildren.

Working with QubeGB since September, Lysette says the best thing about her job is the support she gets over the phone with colleagues, coaches, and supervisors. She also loves learning something new and the challenges that come with sorting out telecommunication issues.

Mario covers the South of Scotland. His favourite part of the job is the freedom of being out and about rather than stuck in an office. Being part of QubeGB for 10 years, Mario has found that the 3 skills an engineer needs are communication, customer service and problem-solving.

Lysette has been mobile working in Wales and has taken a few photos of the beautiful countryside in her time between appointments.

Conna has 10 years of service at QubeGB. As an engineer, he enjoys meeting the customers, and as a coach, he likes teaching new things. Conna’s main role as supervisor means that he manages engineers and assists his co-workers with any technical issues.

Have you ever wondered what an Area Operations Officer (AOO) does? We asked Charlie, one of our AOOs. Charlie’s work mostly revolves around “planning, organising, or evaluating to ensure my team runs as effectively as possible,” which is vital to the running of the business.
