If it was any other president, everyone would be talking nonstop about the repetitive fumbles, outright cluelessness, and baseless accusations, but with Trump it's just another day at the office. Our acclimation to this is a massive part of the problem.

The conversation has rightly moved on to more pressing matters, but the relentless, ravenous media effort to portray this guy as mentally incapacitated — as distinct from, you know, just being old — will forever be distasteful & baffling to me.

It's troubling to me how much people have taken this stuff as gospel or fact when it strikes me that the evidentiary bar ought to be really high for this kind of claim & people are ignoring both on the record denials from all kinds of quarters & also things that wouldn't make

Just to zero in on the election conspiracy here, since it is worth dwelling on. You have to believe: A. Democrats have the power to rig elections. B. They decided NOT to rig the election when they were in power in 2016 and 2024. C. They did rig it when they did NOT have power

This is good to see. No doubt it'll be tough to win, but it's worth trying. Plus, it might be marginally easier in '26 than it'd be in other cycles. And if it works, maybe having former Rs (and Is) run as Ds will be another path back for Ds in red states. apnews.com/article/david-…

This sort of stuff may not get a lot of attention from the public. It's easy to imagine why, but it's still unfortunate. There are short-term neg. effects might be bad. The longer-term neg. effects might be worse. wsj.com/economy/cpi-in…

Really shocked that an admin filled with podcasters, social media influencers, reality TV participants, indicted felons, crypto bros, drunks, Fox hosts, drug addicts, weirdos, and unqualified ass kissing toadies can’t keep their shit together for 24 consecutive hours.
