Things I didn’t realize before becoming a leader: Endless meetings 🙃 Sehari bisa 2-3 meeting. Meeting across department dan juga internal. Pernah paling banyak 5 meeting. Bayangin kalo 5 dr 8 jam kerja isinya meeting. Jiwa introvert ku meronta-ronta. Energi kesedot habisss.
