First day out the office with one of my good friend's PSO_Alice today We went to HQ to have a mornings input with members of North Yorkshire Police Rural Task Force 🐴🐏🐄🚜🚙🚔 Another string to our PSO bows 🏹

The last 2 days I have been out with PSO_Alice ●Road safety talk The Skipton Academy ● A talk in Kettlewell for the Women's Institute informing them of our role, Safe and Well visits and Scams and Fraud prevention Great to get back out in to the community again.

First day out of the office for a while. Attended a Neighbourhood Policing Conference Thirsk Racecourse Some really interesting talks on Community messaging and using social media to engage with our community more effectively. #PSO #PCSO #community #Engagement #prevention

A nice morning out last week back at one of local schools talking to the students about road safety!

I assisted crews at Grassington with a group of exchange students from Simbach, Germany 🇩🇪 We had some great conversations about our individual roles and how they compared to their home town services I used my limited German knowledge with them #hallowiegehts #Duolingo #bavaria

Last week there were a few burglaries in the #Grassington area I have since followed up on all affected 🏡 giving out crime prevention advice and how to make safe thier homes. I was also able to provide a Safe and Well and discuss 🔥 safety Unfortunately I got savaged by Bau🐕

I recieved a call from 🚔 control room to assist a lady with a suspected broken collar bone.I located the lady with #what3words and ☎️ YAS CFRs and the hub to pass on observations. Great way to utilise the PSO role and prevent an ambulance being called out 🚑🚓 #multiagency

A mixed day of prevention and response today 🚓🚒🚑 *Discussed road safety concerns with 1 local 🏍 *Visited another who was indeed of crime prevention and reassurance *Then finished the day with a YAS CFRs call out Topped off with some #Goldenplover on Grassington Moor 🔭👍
