According to recent statistics, the fastest-growing group of people who experience homelessness are those aged 65 and older. At WeHOPE, we have observed this significant trend. Approximately 25% of our shelter population is over the age of 62.

Family Harvest at WeHOPE is powered by Second Harvest, our food partner. Second Harvest rescues good food from going to landfills and gives it to WeHOPE and many others. By recovering nutritious goods, they help us connect food to our clients. Godspeed, Second Harvest of Silicon Valley!
