The USGA continues to amaze me. Making up fake problems and “fixing” them with idiotic solutions.

How about using all of the resources that you are going to use on this and put it towards actually growing the game? Outreach for young kids to get in the game? Affordable golf for underprivileged kids? Instead the @usga decides to make golf even harder and less welcoming.
