On probation for VUFA and caught with another gun? Thankfully we caught him before he used it again. What level of probation was he on? High or Low Risk? Has he been checking in? Drug tested? Home visited? This exemplifies the need for strategic supervision for violent offenders!

What a wonderful three weeks at PERF’s Senior Management Institute for Police, learning from the best law enforcement has to offer. Thanks Chuck Wexler Philadelphia Police Department Kevin J. Bethel for this opportunity I will remember forever.

The first step in reducing violence is stopping it before it occurs by holding violent offenders, who carry illegal guns accountable, BEFORE they hurt someone!! VUFA arrests are up BIG this year due to Philadelphia Police Department officers’ courageous and hard work! Well done!

While most of us were sleeping this morning Philadelphia Police Department SWDD w/ assistance from our SWAT Unit. Took into custody the individual connected to an Aggravated Assault, along with the drugs/guns in the property. Good work! PPD 12th District
