Amazing customer service from Octopus Energy once again. In Oct my smart meter stopped sending readings. A recent power cut ‘rebooted’ the meter and it started sending new readings but 6 months missing. Suki in CS has spent 2 weeks getting all the missing data 🏆🥳 Greg Jackson
