Early morning swim yesterday. (Slightly later) early morning walk today. It's true what they say about the early bird and the worm (sorry, worm).

Swimming in Galway Bay early this morning, with the Clare hills in the distance. Beach was deserted, apart from me, one other swimmer and some seagulls. Bliss!

Swimming between rain showers early this morning. Fab to be back in the sea following a break whilst in London for work. (Fab to be in London too, mind you.)

Lunchtime swim today. Recommend it highly. Water: perfect. Galway Bay: empty. Bliss.
