Solidarity with anyone peacefully standing with the victims' family but let's be clear: nobody rioted when these women died. The PSNI recorded 4,090 sexual offences in NI in 23/24. Nobody rioted. Most of the perpetrators are Northern Irish men.

Today is 12 years since my diagnosis with Multiple Sclerosis. A milestone that always feels a bit strange but important to acknowledge. It hasn’t held me back, I’m still putting one foot forward each day and doing what I can to help people in East Belfast and beyond.
